At ALT Air Freshner, we want you to love your home's signature scent. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unused products.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your unused air fresheners or diffusers in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
